Begonia Cracklin' Rosie is an upright cane-like begonia. The leaves are large and bronze color when young. They mature to the darkest green with many silver dots. The back of the leaf is red and this shows up as the leaves have a natural curl to them. The hybridizer Walter Dworkin named this cultivar after Neil Diamond's song. This hybrid does not bloom very often but when it does the pink flowers are in large clusters.

- Light: Grows best in bright, indirect light.
- Humidity: Prefers humid environments so will do best in a kitchen or bathroom. Best not to mist these plants as they don't like their leaves getting too wet.
- Watering: They prefer moister soil. Water when top half inch or so soil dries out. Bottom water ideally as their leaves don't like to get too wet.
- Temperature: Prefers warmer room temperatures.
- Pets: Harmful if eaten. Keep out of reach.

We offer local doorstep deliveries island wide.
Worried about not being in? No need, we're happy to leave your plant in a safe place. In the shed, under the red bin, with a neighbour, wherever suits you! Just leave us a note at the checkout.
We make deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday, your preferred day can be selected in the drop-down menu at the checkout. If neither of these work for you, get in touch and we'll see if can arrange something. Likewise, if you would like a plant to be delivered as a gift on a day other than Wednesday or Saturday, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
