This tropical stunner is Microsorum musifolium Crocodyllus, aka the crocodile fern, sporting long, strap-like leaves with a suave crocodile skin pattern on top.
This fern hails from the warm, moist, tropical rainforests of Australia, where it grows as an epiphyte on trees. But don't worry, it's pretty low maintenance! Just find a cosy spot for your potted fern away from direct sunlight and pesky draughts.

- Light: Bright to moderate indirect light.
- Watering: Likes slightly moist soil. Allow top inch to dry out before watering again.
- Humidity: Likes a more humid environment so mist regularly or keep in a bathroom or kitchen to avoid crispy tips.
- Temperature: Normal room temperature is good but also LOVES it warm! Does not like cold spaces or draughts.
- Pets: Non-toxic - YAY!

We offer local doorstep deliveries island wide.
Worried about not being in? No need, we're happy to leave your plant in a safe place. In the shed, under the red bin, with a neighbour, wherever suits you! Just leave us a note at the checkout.
We make deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday, your preferred day can be selected in the drop-down menu at the checkout. If neither of these work for you, get in touch and we'll see if can arrange something. Likewise, if you would like a plant to be delivered as a gift on a day other than Wednesday or Saturday, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
